Our partner is an international NGO headquartered in Cambodia working to support vulnerable children, young people and communities across Southeast Asia through programmes focused on child protection, education, livelihoods and social inclusion.

As the organisation continues to grow across multiple countries and programmes, they are seeking support to review and strengthen accounting systems, software and wider financial management processes.

They are seeking a volunteer accountant or finance professional to work alongside the finance team to assess current systems and support practical improvements across financial management and reporting.

Key areas of support are likely to include:

• Reviewing accounting systems and financial management processes
• Assessing accounting software options and suitability
• Supporting improvements to financial reporting and consistency
• Reviewing financial controls and internal processes
• Identifying practical systems improvements across country programmes

This is a practical and collaborative placement focused on strengthening systems and supporting sustainable improvements to financial management processes.
